We the people like it!

     The majority of Americans now favor homosexual and ,I should think, bisexual marriage. Justice Anthony Kennedy is the swing justice to get the Court to approve it.
     We have moved considerably since the days of Jefferson for human rights for all in all respects!
     What other rights do you suggest we have to implement? Remember that the Ninth Amendment notes these unwritten  rights!
     That's the answer to the ignorant question of where do we get new rights!
     This is rightful judicial activism!
