Yes to our rights!

All people derive their rights per Lamberth's argument from autonomy from our level of  consciousness in  accord with Morgan' Canon and the UN  Declaration of  Rights. We thus owe no  government  nor any God  for them! Therefore, government must ensure them. No God then has any rights over us!

Therefore, the matter of our sexuality is beyond  the state and the church. Yes, we should act reponsibly so as not to harm others. Ti's not harming others when we differ in our sexuality.
Therefore, we treat matters that did not enter into Jefferson's vision, and it was defective concerning slaves as previously noted.
Nevertheless, these concerns  stem from his concern for liberty, but also transcendent to  i.

Privacy impels us to  legalize protsitution and adult consensual incest. These concern only the people involved. Any wrongs are already cover by the criminal law or could be adjusted  for it.

Jefferson was concerned with  religious intolerance, and these cases need no religious interference, and none  therewith by any government.

Separation of state and church includes separtation  from people's  tastes and whims!

The Nanny State  helps us  all but cannot include harming our rights.
What do you maintain about any of  these matters?
